The heART of Orem project is the City’s long-term vision for creating a vibrant arts district destination where residents can gather, connect, and build community.
The vision includes public spaces, restaurants, retail, event space, entertainment, an ice ribbon, and year-round community activities.
The project will be developed over time through partnerships in both the public and private sectors.
The Orem Heart Downtown Master Plan envisions a dynamic, family friendly, and economically vibrant urban core, seamlessly integrating the arts, recreation, education, entertainment, and retail to forge a distinct sense of place for both residents and visitors. This plan provides a guiding framework for future development and programming.
