Context of Amenities

If you are anticipating having any kind of dance music, or music that can potentially be louder than a singular instrumentalist, here are the options that you can choose from for a rental:

1) Reserve the entire park , either for a half day or full day. This depends on the pavilions availability. The Office Administrator will let you know if the date is or is not available for an entire park rental.

2) You can close the bay doors while the music is on going.

The City has these policies to ensure that the other pavilions that are reserved, do not get disrupted during their event and that the public can all enjoy their time at the park.

Please note:

We do not allow ANY vehicles to use the access road behind the Hosting Center. This is the road that is dedicated for City Staff only and we do not make exceptions to that.

No motorized vehicles are allowed in the park. If you have any items that require additional assistance we advise you to bring a dolly.

Do we rent out the Hosting Center or pavilions on our off season?

We do NOT rent out the Hosting Center or Pavilions in our off season (as of now).

This is mainly due to winterization of our park pavilions, bathrooms, staffing, and facilities.

We cannot make exceptions for renting out the facility October-April.

What does the Hosting Center Rental include?

It includes a warming kitchen, with cabinets and a counter space. A sink and large fridge.

You get access to both wings as well as the concrete spacing outside of the Hosting Center (excluding the pathway).

The grass space cannot be reserved, but it is first come first serve. We do not allow event tents on the grass spaces.

If you rent out the entire park, that means you get access to all the pavilions inside the park.

The Round tables are 72 inches in diameter

The Banquet tables are 6ft x 30 inches

The Hosting Center does not currently have any heating and cooling in the building. We typically suggest for our renters to rent misting fans or cooling fans from a vendor of their choosing.
