The Orem Streets team is responsible for maintaining, repairing, and improving public roadways, sidewalks, and related infrastructure. The Orem Streets Section maintains 241 center-line miles or 529 lane miles. In addition, the Street Section also maintains 500 linear miles of sidewalks, walking paths, ADA ramps, and gutter.
- Street Maintenance & Repair – Patching potholes, repaving roads, and fixing damaged sidewalks.
- Snow & Ice Removal – Clearing roads during winter weather to keep streets safe for travel.
- Public Safety Support – Assisting with road closures, detours, and emergency response efforts.
The team ensures that city streets remain safe, functional, and well-maintained for residents and visitors.
