They City of Orem’s Budget Billing program enables you to keep your utility bill consistent and stable throughout the entire year.
Utility costs can vary wildly throughout the seasons, but this program allows you to keep your bill steady.
RULES FOR STARTING BUDGET BILLING:
- You must be the owner of the property
- There must be at least a 12 month billing history at the address
- You must have no late payments or missed payments for the last twelve consecutive months
ONCE ON BUDGET BILLING:
- You must make all payments on time
- Budget billing will automatically stop if you miss a payment & the bill is not paid by the time the next bill is due
- If you lose budget billing, you can sign up again once you have 12 months of good payment history
