Inspections

Our main focus when performing business inspections is ensuring life safety and pre-planning for potential incidents.  The goals of these inspections are to maintain safe businesses and to provide risk reduction to employees, customers, tenants, visitors, firefighters, and business owners in the case of an emergency in your building.

Our fire inspectors have geographical responsibilities which are: South Orem, North Orem/ Lindon, and Vineyard. Inspections can be scheduled Monday through Thursday between 9 am – 3 pm MST. Inspection scheduling links can be found below.

Why do i want regular Fire Inspections?

Workplace Safety

Working in a building that passes a fire code inspection gives employees peace of mind about their security at work.

Building Security

Modern construction codes can limit total losses from fire. Keeping a workplace up to code can make the difference between saving and losing an entire building.

Customer Base Retention

If a business closes down for weeks due to fire damage, even loyal customers will need to look elsewhere. Adhering to fire codes provides businesses with a better chance of maintaining clientele.

Better Insurance Rates

Many insurance companies incentivize the installation of safety features such as smoke detectors and sprinkler systems. Businesses can realize significant rate reductions by taking this extra step.
