4.1 CONDOMINIUMIZATION – Shelly Lane – A request to condominiumize the townhomes in the Shelly Lane subdivision, located generally at 750 N 100 West in the R6 zone.
5. PUBLIC HEARINGS
5.1 PUBLIC HEARING – “Wolverine” Rezone – Request to amend Article 22-53(A) and the Zoning Map of the City of Orem by changing the zone of the property located generally at 1075 South 1675 West from CM (Controlled Manufacturing) to M1 (Light Manufacturing). Approximately 9.29 acres.
5.2 PUBLIC HEARING – “Hale Center” Text Amendment – Request to amend the text of Article 22-11-5 by modifying the PD-13 zone and adopting a new Concept Plan on the property located generally at 225 West 400 North. Approximately 2.42 acres.
